Transformation Tuesday!

Does your basement need a facelift? Our Johns Creek clients wanted to give theirs one.

We began by eliminating and relocating walls to open the space and create better flow. We built a beautiful, temperature controlled wine room to house the owner’s prized West Coast and Italian collection. The media room was upgraded to a casual home theater environment and the former bar was expanded with an island, bar seating and a suite of appliances. The bathroom was completely gutted and remodeled with clean, contemporary lines and fixtures.

Porch addition! Design renderings enable our clients to visualize how their new space will look before anything begins, so there are no surprises. It's part of the MOSAIC process of going above and beyond for our clients!

Ira began his career at MOSAIC as one of our coveted Construction Managers. Currently, he is growing into his new role as Production Manager and Estimator. While he misses the daily interactions with our clients, he is embracing his new challenges and opportunities mentoring and training his team in the MOSAIC ways, while making sure we stay on schedule and create a world-class client experience. Ira recently purchased a house in the Decatur area and is enjoying the process of making it his own. In his free time, he loves working in the yard and tackling small projects around the house. Our main challenge for this Midtown Atlanta high-rise bathroom remodel was figuring out how to add maximum visual impact in a small space. Due to the condo laws, we were prohibited to cut into the existing concrete floor and move drainage. This meant that we could not move any of the major fixtures in the room and would have to stick to the existing footprint. Our team went to work to figure out how to open up the space and provide a modern feel. Mission accomplished - a completely transformed bathroom! 🤩
