This just in! FHA has issued Mortgagee Letter 2023-21 to provide the maximum mortgage limits for FHA-insured mortgages in 2024!

FHA’s “floor” and “ceiling” loan limits will increase from $472,000 and $1,089,300 in Calendar Year 2023 to $498,257 and $1,149,825 Calendar Year 2024, for a one-unit property types.

To align with this announcement, Kind Lending updates will be effective for case numbers assigned on or after 1/1/2024.

Big news! The FHFA has announced the new conforming limits (CLL) for 2024. For VA loans, the conforming loan limit can impact the entitlement calculation for VA loans.

The conforming loan limit increases are effective for loans CLOSED on or after January 1, 2024
