The Kendeda Fund and Georgia Tech intend for the Kendeda Building to become the first Living Building Challenge 3.1 certified project of its size and function in the Southeast. Repost @georgiatech ・・・ Georgia Tech is now home to one of the most environmentally friendly buildings ever constructed. The #Kendeda Building generates more power than it uses, and the solar panels on top also collect rainwater that is treated and used throughout the building.
