Late Post.....Stepping into the New Year right!! My clients have chosen to go with new construction in the West Midtown area. Super excited for them as we have been looking for the right property for a while.

SOLD!!! This transaction started out with the traditional buyer unfortunately their financing fell through but I was able to save the deal. I sent the buyers through a lease to own company which purchased the property for cash and the buyers were still able to move into their dream home. Representing the investment company and continuing to work with the Listing agent and the most patient and kind seller I was able to close the deal!!
