I’m now onto round two and I just started crying 😭 in the middle of the whole program because in the course of six weeks, I can finally bend my knee.

Holy cow!! In San Francisco and family wants to see COIT TOWER.

If you’ve never been there it is series of NEVER ENDING steps. Never ever ending!!! 😫

And then we land in COIT TOWER and find out the elevator 🤬🤬 is not working. So another 234 steps up and down. FYI I just had 3 surgeries on this knee in the course of 6 months.

Do you know HOW MANY JEDI MIND TRICKS I had to play on my psyche to get to the top?????

And THEN I remembered: 4 months ago I was in a wheelchair and walker.

🙏🏼 HUMBLED… be grateful for your health my friends!!! Cause nothing is ever guaranteed.
