Here’s a look at how interest rates are impacting affordability. A lot of people pulled out of the market last year bc, well the market was rough. Unfortunately the home that you could barely afford last summer, all things the same but with the new interest rates, would be out of budget today.

From there, you can work backward and figure out how much you need to save per month (or even per week) to meet that financial goal.
