Northeast Florida real estate market data is out for the month of June 2024.
The first column shows the change between last year June 2023 to this year, and the second column shows the change between last MONTH (May 2024) to end of June 2024.

TAKE AWAYS:
Homes are taking a bit longer to sell (42 days) as compared to last year, but historically speaking, 42 days isn't really a high number.

Homes are NOT selling for over list price as often (down 21.7% from last year)

LOTS more homes on the market as compared to last year. Sellers, that's more competition for you! Buyers, that's more choice for you!
