Happy Farm Friday! We're excited about this new CSA by Grayzfarm. Community Shared Agriculture (CSA) is a great way to support local farmers and diversify your diet with fresh local foods, all at your convience. Boxes will feature seasonal produce all summer long- fresh right now are beets, spinach, arugula, mixed greens, turnips, cilantro, carrots, swiss chard, with many more to come! Weekly pick ups at the periwinkle in Beaufort.

She has a unique voice and songwriting style, and she believes that everyone has an inner light that shines. She is the frontwoman and songwriter of the Raleigh band Ghost Rattle. An avid gardener, Kate values sustainability, autonomy, herbal medicine, and freedom of expression.

Join us for a Mindfulness and Meditation workshop at Beaufort Barre and Fitness on 4/27/24 at 9:00am. This will be a relaxing and heart opening meditation workshop with a focus on intentional breath, presence, and mindfulness. We will sip a Spring Tea brewed with locally grown herbs & flowers to ground ourselves during the introduction, follow with a guided meditation, finishing with time to center afterwards. With an open heart, all is possible. Each moment and each breath provides new opportunities. All are welcome, no prior experience needed! Class instructed by Chandra.
