I hope everyone has had a great start to 2023! I wanted to post an update to address requests I have received for personal training. Unfortunately at this time I am not taking on new clients. I hope to offer an online challenge/coaching program later this year, so stay tuned for that. If anyone local is looking for personal training, I recommend looking into the Attleboro Norton YMCA where there are several qualified trainers who are taking new clients. :)
Learning to do a push-up properly is so important! If you can’t maintain good form at first, use a wall, table, or anything else that’s elevated. Then work down to the floor over time.
