You wouldn’t know we deleted a set of stairs to create this beautiful spacious pantry! 

Quick little master bath update for one of our customers in Southlake.

Our customer wanted to minimize grout lines, so we decided to use large format porcelain tiles.

Due to not having a lock on the door, the husband never took a shower in the master bathroom. So we redid the shower with a pony wall to add more privacy.

We had custom made stain grade maple vanities to maximize storage space with a free standing tub and faucet.

What a DREAMY kitchen! 😍

One of our favorite kitchens to date for sure! Stay tuned… we will be done in the next week or so with finish out & can’t wait to see it finished!!!

Upstairs floors are getting sanded and stained today, here’s the before! Stay tuned for the after! 😍

One of our customers had an unfortunate water leak from their kitchen sink while they were out of town ruining their beautiful hardwood floors.

They called us & we worked closely with their insurance (as you can see in the pictures we cut out small sections in different parts of the house) and used our hydrometer to detect the water content in the subfloor (insurance will only replace what is damaged and we were using the meter to prove that the subfloor was still wet weeks after the incident).

Once everything was approved by insurance we got the new subfloor and new 5” red oak planks laid! Our customer did a beautiful custom mix of stain colors!

Out with the OLD, in with the NEW!

Our customer bought this beautiful mahogany wood door at in Lewisville!

We started to install it & realized that the door was framed for a 2x6 and the new door was for a 2x4 frame. We ended up making door jamb extensions to fill the void!

We stained this door using - in Early American & used a satin polyurethane from . For the trim we matched the house from Iron Ore!
