We've got the pass through window opened up and framed out, the pantry removed, we redesigned the layout of the kitchen so the plumbing and electrical had to totally be reconfigured and finished before we could do drywall and tape&bed, we added under cabinet lighting, a can light and track lighting, and the old laminate flooring was removed and subfloor was prepared for tile installation.

We are currently remodeling this kitchen, and will be replacing the flooring in the living room, hallway and entry way as well as painting. These are the before pictures.

Just finished repairing a hole in a bathroom floor that had some moisture damage to the subfloor so we replaced the damaged subflooring and reinforced the joists / there was missing vinyl flooring from the damage that was replaced when reinstalling the vinyl flooring. We noticed yesterday when looking over the photos from the storm door that there was a gap at the bottom. We immediately got in contact with the customer and apologized for not catching it before leaving. We were able to get it scheduled and corrected the next day.
