Ever wonder how to get 2,400lbs worth of a 40’x24” 5 ply lam beam into the front door of a bar in downtown Rochester? It starts with a great driver from Bolyard Lumber & Design Center and continues with teamwork, ingenuity, and some elbow grease. These beams are part of what is making the dividing wall go away at Rochester Corner Bar (previously Penny Black), the rest is a lot of steel and more teamwork. Stay tuned, we are starting on Thursday to get the open floor plan concept going with this BIG structural alteration.
