If linens, clothing, and shoes are in gently used condition, really think about donating or selling. If not, maybe they can be used as cleaning rags or recycled. Yes, you can recycle textiles. Google a textile recycling center near you or look into

Day 1 of the Spring Clean D. Clutter💪🏾

We’re starting in the kitchen and coming in hot. If you can take just 15-20 minutes to try and go through items with the D. Clutter system in mind (decide, divide, design), it can be a game changer. Oh, and don’t forget to get other family members and housemates involved. After all, it’s summer “break” 😏

It ain’t summer yet! Next week I’m giving y’all some tips on how to get started on the infamous spring cleaning. You know what I’m about to say…

Moving can be so stressful. But if you D. Clutter first and prep the right way, you won’t need too many White Claws 😂 Prepping and packing efficiently will also make a huge difference when you get to your new destination 🙌🏾

Cut down on bulky packaging and loose products by putting them in decorative glass/clear containers. It saves space and looks nice if they have to be on the counter. You know I love products to have double duties✌🏾

So, yesterday was my test run at and of course, there were technical difficulties 😂 aka user errors.

I toured 2 houses that were in the same price range and close to campus. Both had interior brick features too!

Cary Drive - Not sure what happened to my video, but check out the sweet listing agent stories for a short tour. The house is gorgeous with great storage and location!

Fontaine Drive - The video is rough 🤦🏾‍♀️ but this house has a lot to offer. It was completely remodeled with great finishes Ryan Roberts
