The most special custom Christmas engagement ring for my friends 💍

Vander messaged me back in the fall asking how to go about starting a custom and I screamed out loud. (We all knew that meant an engagement ring!) He brought me his grandmother’s ring and I took the diamond out. We got to designing immediately - Vander had a lot of input and pulled up Pinterest to show me different aspects of the ring he knew Annika wanted.

Annika is super active and they are both from Alaska, so we made sure every single diamond would be extremely secure if hit and that the gold would hold up. We decided on 3 side stones in bezel cups on either side of his heirloom diamond, which was set with claw prongs in 14kt yellow gold.

This ring is hand crafted, no CAD, no prototypes - just made from the original sketch and detailed measurements. No detail was overlooked!

The first piece i created right before i started Charles Grace - named after my grandfather who always was traditionally stylish and nurtured my creativity. It’s perfectly unisex in white 14kt gold and untreated blue sapphires.

My beloved grandfather, Charles, suffered from Parkinson’s disease for several years before his passing 8 years ago this week. The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research is a cause near and dear to my heart.
