The weather look absolutely perfect for aerial yoga outside! We don’t have to start at 7 to be the sun. 🤣
If you are interested in a class it is $45 for the hour. Or $185 for 5 one hour classes to use in 35 days.

Private Lessons 1 hour $45
Package of 5 for $185.
Use these 5 visits in 35 days.
Yoga clothes are best. No jewelry or items in pockets please, to protect the fabric.

Summer schedule - August 1st Opening Day.
Weather looks great but if it is too hot it’s difficult. Cover from the rain coming soon!
School schedule isn’t that much different.

6-7, 7:10-8:10, 8:20-9:20, 9:30-10:30
6-7pm, 7:15- 8:15.

💜 Swim Lessons 11:30-5pm

💜 Weight Machine and extra workout equipment/private space to exercise without other people. (Treadmill soon) Date availability coming soon. Flexible hours, 30 mins to 2 hours.
Not training, just providing the equipment and privacy.

I am so excited to get back in my swing! 😁😊

I am so sorry, I am unable to teach at the moment. I was diagnosed with Slipping Rib Syndrome. I am in so much pain. It breaks my heart that I am not able to teach. 😭💔 It’s possible I might be having surgery before the end of the year. I’m trying everything before that happens. I hope that in early 2022 I will be teaching again.
