Hi everyone ! I wanted to share a little bit about myself. I’m Morgan Hampton, Owner and Operator of Hampton’s Homemade.

I decided to launch a business in remembrance of these two incredible women. Taking their original recipes and putting them to great use is something I take pride in. My great-grandmother( Mam-ma) was a homemaker and worked at Caldwell elementary for years- all while raising three children(two of which were twin boys)! My Nonna (grandmother) married one of those twin boys(Boyd) and the rest is history! While my papa was in Vietnam, Nonna stayed with my Mam-ma while she was pregnant with my dad. My Nonna began to learn the way of cooking Mam-ma’s way, so when Boyd returned from war she could make it just like his momma did. Honestly, there could be a book written about their love, but that’s for another day. ☺️

This is a little backstory on how you could say my passion for cooking started. I know my dad was raised in the kitchen by these two women. He has also been a big influence to me in that very same place-from making new recipes, cooking every Sunday, holidays and watching Diner’s Drive Ins and Dives every Friday night.

So with all that being said, Hampton’s Homemade is true to its name and always made with love.🤍
