Jessica has been doing hair for 11 years and specializes in dimensional highlights, lived in blondes, blowouts, and the big one- Gray blending. But with her love to keep her education running, she can keep up with what the newest trend may be!

Attention new & potential Mane Layer clients!

•Because we have had a growing problem with no shows from curious new clients, we have now updated our booking & no show policy as we value each of our stylists time and income.

We understand that committing to a new cut, color, salon, or stylist can be a little nerve wracking once the excitement of booking fades away. However, when you book an appointment with any of our stylists, that spot is designated for you, for several hours. Meaning that if you decide not to come (or inform your stylist) they are at a loss for typically 1-4 hours at the least, after their personal money has been spent to ensure they were prepared to best serve you.

With all that being said, I have updated our new client booking, cancellation, & no show policy as so listed below:

•Booking:

In order to book as a new client, you will be required to pay a $15 fee up front for hair cut appointments, or a $50 fee up front for any chemical service to ensure your spot with your designated stylist. This fee will come off the total of your day of service payment, but is non refundable unless otherwise mentioned below:

•Cancelations:

48hr advanced notice: Booking fee can be refunded to client, or credited to your rebooking.

24hr notice: Booking fee will be given to your stylist, but will be credited towards your next appointment, or otherwise non refundable.

•No Shows:

No show appointments completely forfeit booking fee to their scheduled stylist, and will be required to pay a separate fee upon rebooking.

We will allow a third chance to rebook after 2 no shows, however on your third booking you will be required to pay your next appointment in FULL- UPON BOOKING, in order to be scheduled again. This fee will not include 48 or 24 hour notice policies, and will be 100% NON REFUNDABLE in the event you do not show again.

After the 3rd no show, you will be let go as a client & denied the option to book with us again.

We understand life happens, however we must protect our stylists & their well being above all else. We love and appreciate each and every client and cannot wait to further serve you! If any questions, please direct them to Haley Nordeen Dewberry only- As this is salon policy, and not that of any specific stylist. Thank you for understanding!
