I am temporarily closing my appointment book to new clients. I am currently booked solid for the next 2+ months, and as happy as that makes me, it has started negatively impacting some of my existing clients’ ability to book and reschedule appointments. As much as I love meeting new clients and building rapport with amazing humans, ultimately my loyalty is to my regulars first. These are the people who have helped build my business up over the years, allowed me to provide for my family by doing what I love, and loyally supported me through salon moves, medical struggles, and even a pandemic. They deserve priority. 💖
New clients, don’t despair! If you would love to get on my book, you can still reach out to me! I will be making a waitlist of any potential new clients who do. When I reopen my books again, those on this list will be contacted directly and get first dibs for booking. 📝
‼️IMPORTANT: If you have been a previous client, but have not been in my chair in 3+ months, you are considered a NEW client and this temporary closing applies to you also. This does NOT apply to my seasonal clients who only book for holidays (don’t worry, I know who you guys are 😉). Thanks for everyone’s understanding! I will keep you all posted with any updates! 💖💅🏻✨

Just a reminder about my cancellation policy! I implement this policy, not to punish my clients, but to protect my financial security. Last minute cancellations are hard to fill, which means that lost appointment is subtracted from my expected income for the day. Please be mindful and cancel as early as possible if you can’t make it!

When you book an appointment with me, you are agreeing to honor this policy:

• Services cancelled one day prior: fee of 50% of scheduled service(s).
• Services cancelled day of: fee of 100% of scheduled service(s).
• No-show: fee of 100% of scheduled service(s), and permanent block from future scheduling.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, be sure to do it as early as possible to avoid paying a fee! It benefits you AND me! 💖
