Update:

In our last inspection we failed due to lack of protocol being followed. Our food delivery was made and the product was not placed on the pallet as it should of have been. A statement was released: stating RAW chicken( food) was on the floor. However, they omitted that the item was still in its original boxed containers inside vacuum, sealed bag as it was delivered just not placed on the pallet.

Today we were reinspected and PASSED!!! 98 we sincerely apologize for the misunderstanding.

As social media and the press has its way of words. We took this very seriously. As a restaurant owner I do apologize for this as we have been working on educating our kitchen staff on the importance of temperature and storage of product.

We are greatly appreciative of those who still and will continue to support as we will be doing
