Did you know....Eating healthy can be delicious? High fiber and high proteing is both healthy and filling. I make these delicious muffins all the time for my family!😀
My favorite high protein and fiber muffin recipe on R3.
My Protein and Fiber Muffins
1 ½ cup of Proflex Protein
1 cup oats
1 t baking powder
½ t baking soda
Pinch of salt
1 T cinnamon
1 cup unsweetened apple sauce
½ cup almond milk
1/4 cup raw honey
3 T Olive Oil
2 egg whites
½ cup blueberries
¼ cup of almonds
Mix all the protein powder, oats, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and Spenda together. In another bowl mix the wet ingredients. Then add the dry ingredients to that mixture, stir in nuts and berries. Fill muffin tins and bake for about 17 minutes at 400 degrees. Delicious.

Hair Growth:
Lavender oil can speed up hair growth. Knowing that lavender oil has properties that can generate the growth of cells and reduce stress, researchers on one animal study found that this oil was able to generate faster hair growth in mice.

It also has antimicrobial and antibacterial properties, which can improve scalp health. Simply mix several drops of lavender oil into
2 tablespoons of carrier oil. (olive oil or melted coconut oil) Apply it directly to your scalp. Leave it in for at least 15 minutes before washing it out and shampooing as you normally would. I do recommend you use a shampoo with Tea Tree in it.
