Got some Ribs on the smoker, brisket in the warmer and chicken in the marinade. Getting ready to celebrate my son’s 17th birthday. So proud of the man he is becoming!

Wanted to say Thank You to ABC Rocky Mountain for having me cater their event held at Blue Bear Waste Services. Always fun serving my bbq to the good folks in the construction industry.

Good morning! Fired up and rolling smoke on some briskets and pork butts. Feeding the fine folks coming to an Associated Builders and Contractors Rocky Mountain event this afternoon.

Great weekend at the 8750 Festival in beautiful Red River, New Mexico.

Got to serve my BBQ for the graduation at Master’s Apprentice today. ALSO to celebrate the huge blessing from Lowes Home Improvement, grant from their program that is helping worthy organizations guide folks into the trades.

The Briskets are on and Grace is rolling.

There was plenty to eat at the Jesus on Colfax Ministries Juneteenth Celebration yesterday!

An alcoholic friend of Philip Yancey once said to him:

When I show up, it proves that my desperate need for them won out over my desperate need for alcohol."

Let’s make sure that people know how welcome they always are, that our table is really big and that there is always a place with their name on it at our table.

Just put these racks on. Cooking for another special group of graduates from The Masters Apprentice. Contributing some ribs and pork belly burnt ends to our Pot-luck lunch after some OSHA training.

Thank you to all the men and women that made the ultimate sacrifice to give us the freedom we have to enjoy on this day of remembrance.
