A bit delayed, but we still would like to make something special for the celebration of Diwali!
A masala chai glaze (one of our staff commented it tastes like home 🤗), whipped milk tea ganache, and topped with a half Biscoff cookie.
The glaze has sooo much Chai flavor and the whipped milk tea ganache tastes like heaven. It already became our absolute new fave!
Thank you for the A++ rating and applause from all of you who have tried this sandwich so far. We’d like to share a little story behind the scenes. 😉
When we were creating our first breakfast sandwich, we knew we wanted to make something that related to our family roots: asian and hispanic. So we set out to have the main flavor profile be a deep asian style umami with a bit of hispanic spice 🌶️
Miso and black garlic are two distinguished ingredients in Asian cuisine 🤗 Both are fermented which offers huge health benefits, miso is known for its savory, salty, rich umami flavor while black garlic tastes almost like sweet savory dates; They’re often seen in high end dishes due to the cost. We put these two together along with chipotle pepper just for a tiny bit of spicy kick at the end. The sweetness of the caramelized onions are used to balance out all that richness 👩🍳 😘

So, how to enjoy all this deliciousness?!
Well, you can enjoy it however you’d like ☺️Some of you dive right in and indulge the entire marshmallow first, no judgement here😄
But here is how we like to enjoy it 😊
1. Take a sip of the hot chocolate, enjoy the silky rich dark chocolate.
2. Crack the top of the torched marshmallow just like you crack the crème brûlée, take a bite and experience the crunchy top and the creamy, gooey texture of the marshmallow.
3. Mix the marshmallow and hot chocolate together, enjoy.
4. When you get half way through, try the croutons, they should have soaked up all that chocolatey goodness. The cinnamon and sourness from the sourdough croutons offer you a totally different flavor profile from this drink which balances out the sweetness from the marshmallow and makes them incredibly delicious.

Our last Halloween themed doughnut: Trick or Treat which is a vanilla bean glazed doughnut topped with our family favorite candies: butterfinger, Heath and M&M, chantilliy cream with peanut butter drizzle.

Sweet earthy pumpkin glaze infused with just a hint of pumpkin spices topped with house made dutch cocoa powder nuggets. The rich cocoa flavor perfectly balances the sweet earthy pumpkin. We are falling in love with this one and we hope you love it as much as we do!
Our team loves having fun by creating their own signature items with ingredients we have. Some times, they inspired me, other times, they just went a bit too far. 😂 I couldn’t believe they wanted to add more heat on my jalapeño cornbread! 🤦♀️

We call this delicious hummus toast The Sunshine 🥳 Ever since we launched our toast menu, The Sunshine barely gets the same love and attention as its peers The Smavo and The Millennial. But things might be starting to change.
Believe it or not, more than 95% of the customers who ordered this came back ordered again. That’s Incredible!
So no matter if you are a hummus fan or not, this toast is not your traditional hummus dish! If you are open minded, adventurous, love texture, love enriched flavors and a sweet and sour combo, this is a MUST try! House made hummus, the ultimate house-made amber sauce AKA a sweet/sour mango sauce is the secret weapon here, as well as the dukka mix we put on top is the flavor bomb.

It would be so nice to hit a home run every time on the first try ☺️ But sometimes that’s just not the case… even though it could be soooo close! After the first week launch of the viral , I realized some subtle improvements can be made on both flavor and texture. So that’s what I did! And I’m so happy with how it turned out! 👏

During this late summer to early fall season, we couldn’t think of a better flavor to enjoy this time of the year. Launch our NEW Speciality flavor: blueberry orange. Fresh blueberry orange glaze topped with blueberry orange cream made with house blueberry coulis.
We love making speciality treats for our Petit Three fans! It’s now been a couple of weeks and we are so thrilled with the feedback on these crullers! This week’s Nutella Tiramisu was sold out within two days. We only have a couple Raspberry Sugar left as of this post 🤗 Chef is always improving recipes and the new Raspberry Sugar fell victim 😆. Now we loved our original sugar mix recipe but knew we can elevate it even more, we then went a step further and infused some fresh lemon which makes it even more refreshing! LIMITED TIME New Toast Launch- “The Bulgogi” This is a collaboration between Petit Three and It was such a great experience knowing Tess as such a talent not just in culinary arts but many others as well. This toast is inspired by Tess’s Korean roots. It started with our organic handmade sourdough bread, topped with creamy pumpkin mash infused with a hint of vermont maple, house bulgogi, a sunny side egg, and pickled carrots. Topped with Korean paprika. The official launch date is this Friday, the 23rd. 🤞
