It's time for another session of Yoga in the Park! This outdoor yoga class is designed to welcome community, whether this is your first yoga class, or you practice daily. Come to improve balance, expand breath and leave feeling ready to enjoy the weekend ahead! Krystal will teach class this time. See you there! 🧘

Join us to learn about bone density, and a practice to prevent or even possibly reverse some bone loss. Modifications are offered, this is all-levels event. Bring water and a yoga mat, take home new knowledge!
