The is predominantly Cab Sauv with Zin, Pinot Gris, and a splash of merlot to round things out. Expect flavors of fresh, juicy blue fruits and mountain berries! 🫐

The is made of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Zin, Grenache, and Syrah from five different vineyards in the North Coast AVA. Ethereal, genre-bending, classification-defying, and even extra-planetary - this wine will have you coming back for more! 🍓

More GABF beer drops coming your way all week! Let’s start off with some Phase Three ✨

is the hyper-natural producer of your dreams! Obviously they are certified , using minimal copper, skim milk, and a sulfur/ potassium bicarbonate blend to prevent mildew and pests. They utilize practices and are even pioneering the use of in Bourgogne.

But that’s not all! They’ve recently acquired several plots in the Hautes Côtes de Beaune appellation, where they leave permanent natural cover crops to grow between the vines, developing and healthier soil composition. Their other vineyards are plowed by the most coveted horse plower of the Côte, Gilbert Simond. The soils here are only tilled from mid-April to mid-July, and are planted with different organic perennial and annual crops to de-compact the soil & build organic mass for better water retention, increased biodiversity, and healthier soil composition. Now that’s what I call !

If all that wasn’t cool enough, these wines just rock. You need these in your life!
