Tara's Tutoring updated their business hours.

The deadline to register for the December 13th ACT test is this Friday. If you would like to take an ACT prep class, now is the time to sign up.

Group ACT Prep class: $165

- 1 session per week for 4 weeks, a total of 14 hours of instruction involving tips, strategies, and practice with real ACT tests (1 subject per week: 4 hours English, 4 hours Math, 3 hours Reading, 3 hours Science).
- Maximum 8 students per group.
- We will use The REAL ACT Prep Guide, 3rd edition. You may purchase your own book or I can provide you with one for $26.50.
- Dates/times will be arranged based on the schedules of the students signed up for the class.

Also, if you don't need all four subjects you can sign up for just the ones you need. $60 for a 4-hour English or Math session, $45 for a 3-hour Reading or Science session.

I have also heard there may be some younger students wishing to take the ACT for dual-enrollment purposes. If there is interest in a group tailored specifically to students who haven't had higher math/science classes, please let me know. (Those students are certainly welcome to join a regular class as well.)
