The girls were ready for a 5GG double elimination tournament, but hurricane Beryl messed that up so it became a 1 day round robin. It wasn’t what they wanted but they made the most of it. Started slow but finished really strong with a 6-0 performance and 18-1 drubbing!! The bats were hot all day and the girls spirits were high. Even played through some rain showers and didn’t miss a beat! Great way to make lemonade out of lemons!!

Girls went 2-0 today!! Ready to bring the heat again tomorrow!! Great job ladies!! Let’s Go ALFA!!

These girls showed up today and played their hearts out. Back to back ITB wins followed by a come from behind 7 run inning to walk off a third straight win.
They had it all tied up in the semifinals before the exhaustion finally caught up to them. Playing in the almost 100* temps all day for over 6 hours, they simply had nothing left to give. So proud of how hard they fought finishing 3rd in a 16/18U open tournament as a first year 14U! Such a talented and amazing group of young ladies.

ALFA ladies had the best little softball sister cheerleaders Magnolia Elite 2014 on the stands. Love the support, love and cheers from these amazing girls. Glad we were able to return the love and watch y’all play! You girls are so much fun to watch and cheer on. Definitely ballers!!! Keep working hard girls and never give up on your dreams!! 🫶🏼❤️🥎🖤
