I had birthday cupcakes to make for today and decided to go with these adorable edible flowers I’ve been using for the topping! Chocolate cake with whipped vanilla bean buttercream 🌼

Hot milk sponge cake, fresh whipped cream, strawberries and edible flowers! I really enjoy making this type of cake, it looks so pretty!

These lemon poppy seed scones will be added to the menu! I have one more flavor I’ll be adding this week and then I’ll be working on other treats like cookies and cupcakes. More to come soon!

First order is complete! Tomorrow I’ll be testing out a new flavor and I’m pretty excited about it!

Another morning of testing in the kitchen. I tweaked my lemon and blueberry scone recipe and I think it is perfect and ready to go. Just like the chocolate chip scones, crispy on the bottom, tender in the middle and sweet on top!

My recipe testing has begun! First up are chocolate chip scones and they will definitely be on the menu in the future. Crispy on the bottom, tender in the middle and sweet on top!
