•21 day training schedule: Mon-Fri 8-5pm or 9-6pm
Note: In-office training is required for 1-2 weeks, however, will consider remote training after week 1 on a case by case basis.

Compensation:
•Starting at $22 an hour

Continental Automotive Group is in need of a Title Clerk! This individual is responsible for processing vehicle paperwork to complete the vehicle registration. This is a full-time position.

*Organized, detail-oriented individual required with previous titling experience.*

Job Duties include but are not limited to:
• Submit title and registration applications for new and used vehicles within 21 days of sale date
• Review title transfer documents before submitting to appropriate processing county
• Post payments for completed transactions
• Maintain tax, title, and license accounting schedule
• Scan and archive completed deal paperwork according to department standards
• Provide outstanding customer support and accommodate special requests
• Troubleshoot various title and registration issues
• Work closely with other title team members and provide assistance where required

We are seeking a Hiring Specialist to join our team! This fast-paced, team-focused, and dynamic position is responsible for coordinating the interviewing and hiring efforts company wide. Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.

Continental Automotive Group is looking for a Level 2 IT Technician.

Our Level 2 Techs are an important and highly valued part of our team. As a Level 2 Technician, you would spend your day ensuring our employees have the tools they need to do their jobs to their fullest and quickly resolving technical issues they encounter. We are a very busy team and the ideal candidate would be highly motivated, proactive, and a master problem solver.

This is an internal customer service position! We create an excellent support experience for our co-workers within Continental Automotive Group’s many locations so that they are happy to call us to assist them when they encounter an issue.

Preferred skills:
• Computer hardware and advanced troubleshooting
• CompTIA Network+ Cert
• CompTIA Security+ Cert
• Google Workspace Administrator Cert
• Windows, Mac and Linux knowledge
• Read, comprehend and explain Log Events
• PC imaging and deployment
• Network fundamentals
• VLANs
• Server Management and Administration
• Group Policy Updates
• Wifi networks across multiple sites
• Advanced MFC process and troubleshooting
• Low voltage cable installation and planning
• Security camera operations and troubleshooting
• Microsoft Active Directory management
• Google Workspace Administration
• Mobile Device Management
• Connectwise Automate, Control, and Manage

Compensation and Perks:
• $28-$33 per hour based on certifications
• Light travel
• Leadership / Mentorship opportunities
• 100% reimbursement for all approved certification

• This is a full-time, onsite position
• 4x10 day work week optional
• Some Saturday work required annually
