U.S.A. macaron towers for an Olympics theme 🇺🇸
All of my classic flavors were represented — strawberry, vanilla, chocolate truffle, raspberry, lemon, & espresso. I hope it was a gold medal performance for the macarons…I’m always aiming for gold 🥇! So grateful for this fun order!
I love an ombré tower! 🤍
This is my Small (5-tier) Tower with 5 dozen macarons - white to light pink ombré colors in almond, vanilla, hazelnut, lemon, & salted caramel.
This was actually my first time to do hazelnut macarons…I’ve made chocolate hazelnut (Nutella) flavor but not plain hazelnut. These were made with 100% hazelnut butter in a white chocolate ganache and I think it turned out so delicious! I love love them and am thinking of adding them to my flavors list for good.
of macarons for a gender reveal 🎉
White (almond), blue (pistachio), & pink (salted caramel) macarons fit the color scheme and help everyone celebrate the baby boy or girl 🍼😋
What’s the best party favor? Maybe a trio of macarons in custom colors and flavors! 😋
Black is espresso ☕️ , fuchsia is strawberry rosé 🍓, & white is Madagascar vanilla.
Hope y’all have a great weekend!
Strawberry 🍓 Macarons are one of our most popular and crowd pleasing flavors! Now featuring sprinkles on top so I can tell them apart from raspberry 💖😋
Tried something new for a family birthday…macaron number trays!
16” numbers are available at craft stores and make a personalized display for treats at a party. I’m debating adding these to my menu. What do you think?
The flavors here are vanilla, peach, orange creamsicle, salted caramel, strawberry, and chocolate.
Pink ombré macarons! 💕🩷 Flavors from top to bottom are: salted caramel with white chocolate drizzle & sanding sugar on top, almond wedding cake with lemon curd, & rose-lychee cream with raspberry jam topped with white chocolate drizzle and dried rose petals (a take on the famous Ispahan macaron of Pierre Hermé). So grateful for this fun custom order!
Petite Fleur macaron tower with salted caramel, strawberry, raspberry, passion fruit, vanilla, orange creamsicle, & lemon in custom shades of pink and orange 💕💕💕
For this order, I also got to do some handwritten initials on rose gold brushstrokes for the soon to be newlyweds…wishing much happiness to T & J!!
Can you guess the theme??
Olympics 2024! And they will be in Paris 😍
This was one of seven of these macaron towers for a series of meetings and helped keep me busy for the past couple weeks! I'm always so grateful when someone entrusts me with any order and chooses to support my small home bakery.
This is my Small (5-Tier) Macaron Tower with 60 French macarons. The flavors here are lavender (blue), chocolate (black), raspberry (red), passionfruit (dark yellow), & key lime (green).
I got this review last week and it made my Francophile heart happy! ☺️ "Impeccable & took me back to Paris" ... 100% my goal!! So grateful for the kind words.
Chic Black & Gold 🖤
Passion fruit, key lime, & salted caramel macarons 🧡💚💜

Shimmering gold and silver macarons in Earl Grey and Cookies & Cream 🤍🩶💛 AND happy National Macaron Day today 😉
Ombré is a favorite of mine 🥰
This mini tower was for a Little Mermaid themed high tea party for a little lady’s birthday! So thankful to have been called upon for macarons! There was also a treasure chest full of macarons in gold, silver, emerald, and ruby‼️
Match the party invitations? Yes I can! Send me the photo and I will color match it as close as I can.
These beautiful spring colors were inspired by the event’s dark pink, orange, and yellow floral invitations 🌻
Flavors were Raspberry, Salted Caramel, Pistachio, & Lemon.
Exciting news!!! Petite Fleur Macarons is in the spring issue of Edible Austin! Huge thank you to Eatin' and Sippin' Locally and to Edible Austin!! I have always loved picking up a copy of Edible Austin when I visit Whole Foods and it is such a thrill to see my name in there.
Edited to add:
If you’re in the Austin area, you can pick up a free copy of Edible Austin at HEB, Whole Foods, or Central Market.

Life is like a box of chocolate macarons? That sounds pretty good, actually. 😋
I wish I could always say “yes!” but lately my schedule has been so full that I’ve had to turn away orders. I am so grateful to be in demand - it is an unexpected honor!
This time last year I was still taking any and every little order that I could get, and giving macarons away too, trying to get my business off the ground. Now, I receive multiple order requests each week but I haven’t managed to add any more hours to my days 😉
I wanted to make an announcement just so that no one is shocked if I can’t take their order!
Sometimes I’m asked how far in advance to order. The most honest answer is that I don’t know...I can’t perfectly predict how many order requests I will receive. I can tell you that the month of March is booked, and I’m not planning to add new orders to my schedule at least for the next 3 weeks. The best advice I can give you when planning is to request the order as soon as you know the details and I’ll do my best to make it happen!
8 tier tower in shades of violet to match college colors for a special signing day! I love the deep purple 💜
It feels and looks like spring here in Austin. It’s my favorite season! Perfect timing for these strawberry, lemon, & lavender macarons with hand painted floral designs.
🌸🪻🌼
I need to work on not overbooking myself (limited availability here!) but I really could not resist trying my hand at painting. I used gel food coloring thinned with clear vanilla flavored extract. It was such fun to create these. 😊
Classic flavors for a baby shower macaron tower: chocolate truffle, salted caramel, vanilla, lemon, & pistachio. I love making towers for showers! 💗
Happy Valentine’s Day 💘
Happy Mardi Gras 💚⚜️💜👑!!
Getting ready for the Valentine’s Day pop up shop tomorrow! Are you team flowers 💗 or chocolates ❤️?
The pink 💗 macarons are raspberry rose petal & lavender honey.
The red ❤️ macarons are chocolate truffle and salted caramel chocolate.
Can you guess what the theme was for these custom macarons??
I will just tell you…It was Korok forest from Legends of Zelda! 🌳🎮💚 and my customer had the cutest set-up to go with it, with a game card and Lego Korok figures.
The flavors were Biscoff cheesecake, passion fruit, and ube white chocolate. I love Biscoff cookies and have been wanting to try a Biscoff inspired macaron so this was fun - and delicious!
Super excited to announce a pop-up location for this weekend! Come see me on Saturday - I'll be at milk + honey spa at the Loren with macarons from 11am-3pm. Thanks for hosting me, milk + honey spa! I'll have half dozen boxes and some individuals of my Valentine's Day and Mardi Gras special flavors. You can preorder on my website to make sure you get the box you want, or just stop by and say hello and see what's there. Knock out your Valentine's Day shopping with some delicious macarons and a gift card to the spa...who wouldn't love that?? 😉😋
I finally remembered to take a photo of myself so here's a re-introduction!
👋 Hello, I’m Sarah Peterson! I am the owner and baker behind Petite Fleur Macarons. I came to Texas in 2014 to study French Literature, fell in love, and have been here ever since. I’ve always loved to bake and had a sweet tooth, and as a student of French, the iconic Parisian macaron presents a challenge that I couldn’t resist. Once I had baked dozens of these tricky technical confections and received feedback from family, neighbors, and friends, I started my bakery business. Petite Fleur Macarons was founded in 2023 to create handmade, authentic French macarons in an array of classic and seasonal flavors.
At Petite Fleur Macarons, I personally bake each batch of macarons and focus on consistent quality, creative innovation in flavors, and customization to my customers’ wishes. I draw inspiration from Ladurée and Pierre Hermé’s macaron recipes to ensure I continue to make authentic and delicious French macarons and seek to continually learn new recipes and techniques for patisserie, decoration, and photography.
Petite Fleur Macarons aims to be a premiere, local, small business in Austin where customers can communicate their wishes directly to the baker of their macarons and receive customized macarons for events and special occasions that look and taste refined.
I specialize in custom, made-to-order macarons and macaron towers. I also periodically offer seasonal specials, which have included Valentines, Mardi Gras, Mothers’ Day, Halloween, & Christmas theme boxes.
Macarons can be ordered in advance for delivery or pickup in the Austin area. Seasonal specials and farmers’ market dates and locations will be posted on my website and social media as they are available. Visit my website, petitefleurmacarons.com, for more information or to place an order request.
Highlighting one of my most thoughtful reviews...I am so grateful for your kind words!
