Everyone’s favorite Veggie Chili is in some Soul Peddler stores now! It features great northern beans, kidney beans, black beans, bulgur wheat, spices and more that make it rich and hearty! We serve it with Fritos, jalapeños, and cheese! Get it while you can, because it always goes fast!

It’s ba-ack! Everyone’s favorite pumpkin spiced smoothie, the Monster Mash, is available at Soup Peddler stores now through the end of October! This wickedly delicious treat features banana, pumpkin spice, cacao, peanut butter, Himalayan salt, and activated charcoal.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and we’re so happy to be joining forces with to support their amazing mission of empowering and creating community for survivors, previvors, stage 4 thrivers and caregivers impacted by breast and gynecological cancers. Hey y’all! Our South Lamar location is closing at 6 p.m. today for a staff appreciation event! All of our other locations are open during their normal hours today though, including our Mary Street location, which is super close to South Lamar at 501 W. Mary Street and is open until 9 p.m. tonight!

Cream of Mushroom is in most of our stores now! This rich, flavorful soup is made with porcini mushrooms, button mushrooms, onions, salt, pepper, white wine, cream sherry, half and half, butter, and a bit of flour. Enjoy it on its own or use it in place of canned soup to make your classic casserole recipes extra tasty!

Faced with such an expansive menu of juices, smoothies, soups, sandwiches salads and more, do you ever find yourself standing at a Soup Peddler and thinking, “I can’t decide what to order?” Well, we love giving recommendations tailor-made to your tastes and needs!

Here are some of our favorite combos:

1. ~The current combo~ With Minestrone in stores now, we’re loving it with a Pesto Provolone Grilled Cheese and a Moonage Daydream juice!

2. ~The get stuff done without getting hangry combo~ Fuel up with a Business Time smoothie and Chia & H**p pudding for breakfast, and while you’re at it, you can grab yourself one of our hearty salads to have later for lunch and a bag of soup to heat up for an easy dinner!

3. ~The cure what ails you combo~ When you’re feeling a little under the weather, we recommend the classic Chicken & Rice soup, our vitamin-packed The Cure juice, and a Royal Flush shot!

4. ~The gotta get your greens combo~ You need veggies? We got ‘em. Order our Green Detox Broth, a Turkey Cilantro Pesto Grilled Cheese, and a Green Monster Smoothie.

5. ~The staff fave combo~ Be cool like us and order a Beef Bone Broth and throw a Royal Flush shot in there for a flavorful kick! And of course, you’ve got try our featured drink of the month!

If you like Piña Coladas … well you might LOVE our Aloda Colada smoothie! It’s our healthy, ~mindful~ version of the popular vacation drink, that delivers those tropical vibes with a blend of banana, mango, pineapple juice, orange juice, creamy oat milk, coconut oil, blue spirulina and a dash of vanilla.

We think you’re gonna love our newest staff favorite, the Aloda Colada, a lot! Our super creative and talented Far West Assistant Manager Sofia dreamed up this delicious smoothie that tastes just like a Pina Colada! It features mango, banana, coconut oil, blue spirulina, a dash of vanilla, and a combo of pineapple juice, orange juice and oat milk that gives it that creamy and tropical vibe that’ll transport your tastebuds to your favorite beach!

We hope you’re having a lovely holiday weekend so far (and enjoying these cooler temps!) Our hours will be a little different tomorrow: Our Rosewood, Far West and 183 locations will be open between 10 am and 3 pm, while our Castle Hill and Mary St. locations are open between 9 am and 3 pm. You can still get your Soup Ped fix later in the day at our South Lamar and Airport locations, which will be open until 9 pm!
