Mi nombre es Xiomara Burgos y soy de Humacao, Puerto Rico. Estudié un Bachillerato en Terapia del Habla- Lenguaje. He trabajado con niños y adolescentes entre las edades de 1 a 18 años como terapista del habla y asistente de maestra. Actualmente resido en Austin, Texas y trabajo como asistente de maestra de Pre-K. Me encanta la música y AMO leer. Conozco de cerca la importancia de la lectura y cómo leer desde temprana edad beneficia a nuestros pequeños a: ampliar su vocabulario, memorizar, a lograr ordenar secuencia de eventos, a aumentar su curiosidad, a desarrollar el pensamiento crítico, a divertirse, a establecer una relación familiar más fuerte, a imaginar, crear y mucho más.
