When Shawn Culhane and Scott Ewell created this company in 2008 their vision was to grow our group’s presence and impact on the Central Texas area and its residents. Today’s announcement reaffirms that vision and opens the door to the next chapter of success.

As Shawn steps away from the group to pursue other ventures, team CEO Michael Weigand steps into the role of Co-Owner alongside Scott. After learning and growing under Shawn’s leadership for the past eight years, Michael is committed to carrying forward the legacy of achievement, service and relationship-building that has been at the cornerstone of Culhane Premier Properties since its inception.
