My rule of thumb? Ni***es and up! ⁠I say this to my clients all the time and cannot stress it enough! 🙌 Your décolletage and neck get SO MUCH sunlight exposure. This entire area along with the skin on your hands always gives a woman's age away. Treating those areas is just as important as your face!
