Camp Gan Israel offers a wide range of activities, including arts and crafts, sports, swimming, electives, and (for the campers who are 5 years and older) incredible trips twice a week! Our experienced staff ensure that every child has a fun and safe experience.

What a week at Camp! From the pioneers overnight at Blanco State Park to our trip today to Rock N River Water Park - it was a blur!

Crowes Nest Farm was so fun!! Can’t believe the week is almost over! Day #13

Beach day!! We had an amazing time at the beach, followed by art with Kaman Creative- Michelle Kaman, capped off with a bake sale to benefit children in Ukraine! 11

Day 9 and 10 have been a whirlwind! We held HUGE snakes and lizards at the reptile show; we had lots of fun learning to dance with the incredible Gulasa, plus swimming, foam machine fun, and art!

Wow what a day - Catch Air and Six Flags!

We spent the day at the incredible Catch Air Austin, and stopped off at the amazing The Shuk - Texas for some yummy Kosher treats! Meanwhile, our oldest bunk went to *Six Flags Fiesta Texas!!!*

Day #7 at Camp Gan Israel was busy! Splash pad at Bailey park, foam machine, electives, sports, candlestick making... and it was also pajama day! Be sure to check out how our balloon bowl project came out!

Week 2 at Camp Gan Israel started off with a hike and fun at the Arboretum 🦆 Pond - the frozen cows were a big hit! Back at camp, we created a paper mache project and had a scavenger hunt. Tomorrow here we come!

Today we went on a glass bottom boat tour in San Marcos! Day #4 :)

Today’s adventure took us to Pease Park! We splashed in the splash pad and climbed the obstacle courses, and then back at camp we had sports, electives, and edible food art (check out some of our Torahs!). Stay tuned for tomorrow’s big trip!

Camp Gan Israel Austin updated their phone number.

Day 2 at Camp Gan Israel featured a cool ride on the Austin Light Rail train all the way down to Lady Bird Lake! We ate lunch by the beautiful water, and we even got to meet some very nice police officers on horseback!

Back on Camp grounds, the Mini-Gan brought out their inner artists, and we baked cookies for Shabbat meals on wheels (and us too). Definitely sleeping well tonight!

We capped off the day with ballon art by Twisted Creations Balloons by Micah. Looking forward to tomorrow!
