It's National CPR and AED Week! This is the perfect time to learn or refresh your skills in CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) and AED (Automated External Defibrillator) use. Every second counts during a cardiac emergency, and your knowledge could save a life.

🔴 Why It's Important:

Over 350,000 cardiac arrests occur outside of hospitals each year.
Immediate CPR can double or triple survival rates.
AEDs are easy to use and dramatically increase the chances of survival.
