While I appreciate the athleticism of these two guys, and I certainly don’t want to take a damn thing away from them, but the question that continues to puzzle me is this… what the hell are they training for? Is Boko Haram coming to America? Who are your audience?

HICP is chronic pain that significantly limits a person's work, social life, and ability to care for themselves. It's defined as pain that lasts for at least three months and is accompanied by at least one major activity restriction on most or all days in the past three to six months.

Set out for a 75 mile practice ride with my team on Saturday but ran out of gas with 4.32 mile left. The pain of leg cramps was too much. Dehydration and loss of electrolyte's due to excessive sweating left me calling for Uber. I began the day weighing 201.5 pounds. 70.68 miles later, l weighed 195.3 and covered in salt from helmet to toes.

2024 Texas Bike MS practice ride at . In support of millions of Americans suffering from multiple sclerosis, I am participating in next month’s Texas Bike MS from Austin to College Station, Texas. There’s no doubt that the 150 mile trek will be challenging, but it’s a cause that’s worth every low back pain, leg cramps, dehydration, and sweat.

Unfortunately, there is still no cure, but with every pedal stroke and every dollar donated we can be a is a step closer to a world free of MS.

I have already raised $3,826 of my $5,000 goal. I am just $1,174 away from helping to make a difference in the lives of tjose suffering from this terrible debilitating disease. Yes, this dude is almost 66 years old. And yes, i have him pressing a pair of 40 pound dumbbells on the floor; while engaging his core with a pair of 10 pound kettlebells hanging on his toes. Why? Truth is, everyone is different, and we all have different abilities and grit. Fitness is mot, and should not be a “one-size fits all.”The elderly need strength training more and more as they grow older in order to stay mobile for everyday life activities. The goal is to refuce the loss of muscle mass and motor functions. A progressively challenging strength training program that’s safe can help reduce sacropenia, while improving the nervous system.
