Sometimes you just got to cry out with an honest heart... God I don't know how to surrender my all to you, but I want to. I want to be focused on you and allow you to heal all of my brokenness. I just want to be whole and healthy and in your will. I don't know how to get out of my own way so I'm crying out to you to fix my eyes, ears and heart on you. I need you now more than I ever have. I don't trust myself and sometimes I don't like to trust you either. I know it's not about my comfort and it's all about your plan for my life, even when it's hard. I know I can't do it alone so I'm seeking you in my storm to direct me. I love you and thank you for loving me even when I'm unlovable. In Jesus name. Amen.

Some of you will never be happy because you’re too busy judging others. You’re going to stay miserable until you realize you can’t control people. Worry about yourself. Let people live man. As long as they’re not hurting anyone, then it shouldn’t matter to you. Stop being so invested in things that don’t concern you. Live your life, not theirs.

If you want to stay the same, stay in the same situations, same dead end relationships, same job that makes you miserable, same mindset, that’s your choice. We all have choices. If you wanted better, you’d choose better. You’d be intentional. You’d stop making excuses. Everybody has an excuse. Everybody has a struggle. Everybody gets heartbroken. Everybody feels like they want to give up sometimes. Everybody fights battles at different times in different ways. Your sad story AIN’T NEW. Your paint ain’t either. Get up every day and do what you need to do. Get it done. Don’t talk about it. Don’t complain about it. Get it done. It’s on you, nobody else. You are in control. Nobody’s going to swoop down and save you. Stop waiting for someone to come save you when you’re capable. I’m not helping anybody they can help themselves this year, but chooses not to. You better help yourself.

Clean yourself up! Stop letting small things grow into big things. Stop saying you’ll do it tomorrow. Your mental health and well being is nonnegotiable. It’s in the moments when you don’t feel like moving, that you need to move the most. It’s in the moments when you don’t want to be bothered and just be alone, that the most negative thoughts creep in. I just want you to know that “feeling better” is a process of accepting what is and learning how to live with that knowledge and how to use it to strengthen yourself. In order to do that, you have to move something. You have to move your environment, or you have to move your employment, or you have to move from a relationship, or you have to move your thoughts around to better thoughts. But, you got to move something. Because the less you try, and the less you do, the harder it is to take any steps. The weight gets heavier and heavier until you can’t move at all. I want to be that light for you. I want to be that help for you. That reminder to not just lay there and take it, whatever it is. But, to get up and face it head on and build from it. I promise you, the more you focus on “cleaning” yourself up, the less time you’ll have to focus on what made you feel bad to begin with. I love you.

You're praying and choking back tears, I get it. You're afraid that God doesn't hear you. Afraid nothing will change. You're tired of being tired. You feel trapped in your emotions, trapped in your struggles. You feel stuck and can barely breathe. I’ve been there. I know it's hard to see better when all you see is worse. You can't let what you're going through blind you from where you're growing to. The day you were born satan had a plan, but God already had a purpose for your life. Let your struggles build you. Let your pain remind you of how resilient you are. Nothing has ever defeated you, stop feeling defeated! If it wasn't for the battles, you wouldn't know the source of your strength is God. I love you. I’m praying for you.

We are grown! Communicate with your loved ones, hash it out, compromise, admit when wrong, offer a real ear, respond out of love, have respect even if you don’t agree, use compassion, give grace and forgiveness. You’re not perfect, so stop expecting people to be perfect. Life is short. We don’t have that long to appreciate and love on the people that we truly don’t want to live without. Make it right. Life can be so hard. Seem so unfair. If you want to love, love. Have a dream, catch it. Be good and do good. Don’t take your life for granted because one day you’ll be staring yourself down in the mirror wondering why you didn’t live your life to be regret free. At the end of the day and at the end of your life all that will truly matter to you is the ones you love and the memories that were made.

The Bible says Bad Company corrupts Good Character. Stop trying to be everywhere on every scene after you've changed yourself for the better. Stop forcing yourself to be the person you were to please other people. You're not that person anymore and that's ok. I pray God sends you the tribe that can feed your mind as well as your spirit to help you grow and become even better. Because you CAN NOT go backwards.

Keep going, this is your greatest transformation mentally, physically & spiritually.

Father cast down every negative mindset, everything that is unlike you, bind every tongue from speaking death, break every yoke to every heartache and pain, remove people from our lives that hinder us in our walk with you. Fill us up with everything good and just. Fill our hearts with your same unconditional love for each other. Give us your understanding when we have none. Forgive us for our wrong doings. Renew us this morning and set us on fertile ground. Light our path and make our vision clear. Place your hedge of protection around each of us and bind the enemy from any attacks on our minds, bodies and families. Lord cover us from the top of our heads to the soles of our feet with your perfect peace. We praise you in all circumstances and keep our faith in you for all things seen and unseen. Your will be done. Thank you lord. In Jesus name. Amen.

Shout out to God for pulling me through, day after day, night after night.

Those who died yesterday had plans for this morning. And those who died this morning had plans for tonight. Don't take life for granted. In the blink of an eye, everything can change. Forgive often and love with all your heart. You may never get to have that chance again.

Stop losing yourself behind people. For real. Stop basing your worth on whether or not they stay or go. No matter how they treat you, you’re still worthy. You are somebody special. You have purpose. Your purpose does not depend on other people, it depends on you. You have to love yourself first, love yourself more. Because, people will let you down. People that you have given your all too, you have sacrificed for, lowered your standards for, stuck by no matter what, went through hell with them and because of them. Those same people will let you down. It is up to you to be strong and not let you down. You have to fight for you more than you fight for them. Because at the end of the day you are all you’ve got when nobody else got you.

I believe in communication until I see inconsistency. What you want will always show in how you handle someone. That's why my fall back game is on point. No hard feelings, I just don't have time or energy to give unreliable people who just want attention at their convenience. I'm not going to stroke nobody’s ego. I'm too busy living my purpose. I give zero apologies for being real about it. I surround myself with people who have a genuine love for me, that encourage me, motivate me and hold me accountable, and I return the same effort and energy. Everyone gets my prayers, but not everyone gets to be a part of my life. Remember you are worth more than an option, you're not a side piece, you're not a late night visit, you're not a convenience for a bored person and if they treat you as such then it's time for you to make your exit. It’s your responsibility to protect your life and energy from people who only want to drain it and play about you. What you allow, continues.

I think we forget sometimes that Men hurt too. Sometimes our own pain blinds us from seeing theirs. We get emotional when they don't show emotions like we do, when really they are just as scared and scarred as we are. Life beats them up enough. Men need us to be their place of peace and reminder just how amazing they are, even at their lowest. Build him up. Be his back bone. Take him to Jesus each and every day. When the world turns its back, have his back. Remind him that he is the head and not the tail. Respect him. Let him lead and trust that God will lead him. Dear future Husband: I pray for your relationship with Christ, for your health and safety, for your success as an individual and in all that your hands touch. I thank God for you every day. I know you have a past and flaws, but I also know there is so much greatness and purpose in you. I don't care about your bank account, we can build that together. I don't care if your name is ever in the "spotlight" because you shine bright just the way you are. I have your back, front and sides through all ups and downs.
