Just getting out of church with mom & God brought this message to me I want to share with you all…

I can't believe it's almost been 3 years since the worst time of my life. I had just lost my 2 babies and lost in life feeling like God let me down.

I Ended up in The Emergency from a near Heart Attack from the suffering of losing my babies, to the Doctor breaking down in tears saying I can’t even imagine your pain, but to be careful because I’m on the verge of dying from a Broken Heart 💔

Life was hard and I hit rock bottom.

I quit music , I gave up completely on life….

I can sit here and paint you a sad story of how life isn't fair, but instead I’d rather prove to you that what's not fair is for you to let your current circumstances stop you from getting the blessings God has waiting for you…..

Life is hard but your struggles life throws at you builds character and strength.

You will also learn to appreciate the little things in life like a cup of coffee or a warm bed. Since then it's been almost 3 years since I myself nearly died.

Ok Alfredo, what’s the Secret to be finally getting to where you are now?

1. God, Came to me in a dream saying he was going to heal me through my music…

2. Take care of your physical health, exercise daily…Without your health, you become very limited to what you can do..

3. Learn to use your pain as strength… Look in the mirror and understand that this is just temporary. No pain will last a lifetime unless you let it. You have the power to change your story because you're the author of it.

4. Change your mindset and it will change your life. Every super hero and every villain had F' up happen to them….Life hit them hard too. The difference between the Hero and the villain is how they choose to use their pain. The villain uses it to hurt the world because he's been hurt. The Hero uses his pain because he doesn't want others to go through the pain he's gone through so he works on himself to be a better person for this world….

Today you have a decision to make. Are you going to let life knock you down and keep you down or are you going to rise up and be unstoppable? You know what to do…

Had a inspiring Recording session yesterday with the 17X Grammy Award Winner & my Mother CEO of Tortilla Factory…The Irony of it all is I was Just stopping by Gibby’s studio to discuss the music we are working on together and on the drive to San Anto from Austin, I came up with an idea to write a song for my Two Babies Mikayla & Baby Savannah and on that Hour Drive my Mom and I came up with some Very Emotional 😢but healing inspirational lyrics to my babies in Heaven…. So I asked Gibby if I could create a Rough Draft of the song and lay down my Vocals so I would not forget the phrasing I came up with…I learned from from the other 3X Grammy Nominated my father Musical icon and Genius that anytime we would get inspired to create music to always get to the studio immediately and record it so we would not forget the Majic we just made….So I asked Gibby what would you do with this song and he came up with a Genius Brilliant idea to record my vocals to….And there you have it….Gods Design at Work….You see, I’m learning as long as I continue to spend an hour at least every morning With God, and stay obedient to his Word, he already has this beautiful journey laid out for me, like this beautiful song for my babies…

I survived….I had given up on music, pretty much on everything in life when I lost my babies and then another unexpected tragedy in my Niece a few months ago…I pretty much became nonexistent in this thing called life…Losing so many babies is incomprehensible to say the least…The physical pain I felt in my heart made my whole left side numb and I was rushed to the hospital & the Dr. kept me there for 6 hour’s, ran a couple of EKG’s on my heart & came in my room on the 6th hour & she burst into tears saying I was going to be ok & she could not even begin to imagine my pain but that I needed to be careful because apparently she’s had patients in similar situations like mine die from broken hearts 💔….Well God came to me in a dream saying he’s going to heal me through my music…So I’m back….Ironically Tortilla Factory turned 50 years old this Year and ONLY by Gods grace and Mercy, I’m about to release the first single on the TF 50th Anniversary Album…I am 100% convinced that God kept me here in the Flesh because I have unfinished business here on Earth…
