Observing a solar eclipse can be an incredible experience, but it’s important to do so safely to protect your eyesight. Here are some safety tips:
1. Don’t look directly at the sun!☀️
2. Use certified solar viewing glasses 🕶️- https://eclipse.aas.org/eye-safety/viewers-filters
3. Check glasses for damage before using.
4. Use solar filters if using a telescope, camera or binoculars to view the eclipse. 🔭
5. Take breaks even if you’re using certified viewing glasses.🙈
Remember that the suns rays can cause permanent damage to your eyes if you’re not careful, so always prioritize safety when observing a solar eclipse. ☀️

Have a scary (but safe) good time this Halloween 🎃👻 by following these eye safety tips.
Lutein and zeaxanthin are powerful antioxidants that work to protect your eyes from free radical damage. Your eyes are exposed to both oxygen and light, which in turn promote the production of harmful oxygen free radicals. Lutein and zeaxanthin cancel out these free radicals, so they’re no longer able to damage your eye cells. They also act as a natural sunblock by absorbing excess light energy.
