My last 3 post have been the same image file with different crops. This last one is pushing the limits of how close you can crop the Sony A1 used with a high quality lens. Keeping in mind, that the widest image I posted was shoot in landscape and cropped to fit the Instagram square format, is impressive the detail it captures. Even with a heavy crop like this one!
It also shows the care and attention to detail we put into our watch photos 😁📸

How beautiful is the green dial on this ? I have been enjoying shooting these beautiful pieces over the last few weeks and evolving the way I photograph watches. Excited to be leveling up my watch photography portfolio.
                               

Photographing 3 watches with all the dials facing in different directions made this image challenging to illuminate, but Is great practice for tuning your lighting skills! Hope you enjoy the results from the image I created for .cult featuring Rolex Submariner and Explorer II timepieces.

I don’t get to shoot candles very often, so it was nice working on something a little different on this project for Davidor. Tried to incorporate warm tones in the image and with a shallow depth of field to give a soothing feeling.
