Measuring 2'6" tall this dino is the real deal! Constructed with a base of plywood and PVC pipe (don't eat that part) this cake has 3 layers of vanilla cake filled with chocolate ganache and should feed up to 75 people.
Took 20 hours start to finish 💪

Funny story, last year we made him a pretty sweet T.Rex cake, that was like a silhouette of a T.Rex laying down, and when we were all done he was like "okay mom, now let's stand him up and decorate the other side" he so disappointed that it was just a flat cake. So this year this cake is unlike anything I've ever constructed! !

T.Rex's 5th birthday "I wanna make a dinosaur cake in the mud, oh and the Dinosaur looks like he just ate a rat."
Funfetti cake filled with marshmallow cream, covered in Swiss meringue buttercream embellished with chocolate sprinkles and rolled fondant.
*no rats were harmed in the making of this cake.
