Drink of the Day Recipe - Dirty Bizzo
1 part Rum, coconut
1 part Schnapps, peach
1 part Tuaca
1 part Cranberry Juice
Shake ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into glass.

1 part Rum, coconut
1 part Schnapps, peach
1 part Tuaca
1 part Pineapple Juice
Shake ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into glass.
Drink of the Day Recipe - Bloody Mary
3 oz. Vodka
1 1/2 oz. Pickle Juice
5 oz. Tomato Juice
2 dashes Pepper, white
1 pinch (celery) Salt
1/2 tsp. Horseradish
3 drops Steak Sauce
6 drops Tabasco Sauce
3 drops Worcestershire Sauce
Fill glass with ice. Add vodka, celery salt, pepper, hot sauce, steak sauce and worcestershire. Add pickle juice (or try pepper juice) and then tomato juice. Stir, then add horseradish and stir again. Celery, pickels, and olives make great garnish!
Drink of the Day Recipe - Tom Collins
2 oz. Gin
Fill with Carbonated Water/Club Soda
1 oz. Lemon Juice
1 whole Cherries/Maraschinos
1 tsp. Sugar, powdered
1 slice Oranges
Shake ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a collins glass with ice and garnish with an orange slice and a maraschino cherry.
Drink of the Day Recipe - Mai Tai
1/2 oz. Curacao, orange
1 oz. Rum, dark
1 oz. Rum, light
1/3 oz. (fresh) Lime Juice
1/2 oz. Orgeat Syrup
1/6 oz. Sugar Syrup
Shake everything except the dark rum in a shaker filled with ice. Strain into a highball glass over crushed ice. Float with the rum and garnish with a pineapple spear, lime peel and a straw.
Drink of the Day Recipe - Tropical Ho**er
1 oz. Liqueur, melon
1 oz. Rum, coconut (Malibu)
2 oz. Cranberry Juice
2 oz. Pineapple Juice
Mix ingredients over ice in glass. Shake if preferred.
Drink of the Day Recipe - Moscow Mule
1 oz. Ginger Beer
1 oz. Lime Cordial (Rose's)
2 oz. Vodka (Skyy)
After all ingredients have been thoroughly shaken together, they are to be poured over ice...in a copper mug! This is very important, if you do not serve it in a copper mug, it will not taste like it was meant to be.

Drink of the Day Recipe - Iced Fruit Punch
6 cup(s) assorted fruit juices
3 cup(s) ginger ale
3 cup(s) seltzer water
Directions
Make the ice: Freeze juice in ice trays. When solid, release from molds and store by flavor in sealable freezer bags for up to 1 month. Make the punch: Fill an 8-ounce glass to the top with about 1/2 cup assorted flavored ice cubes, add 1/4 cup ginger ale and 1/4 cup seltzer, and serve immediately.
Drink of the Day Recipe - Lemon-Orange Fizz
2 cup(s) orange seltzer
2 tablespoon(s) frozen lemonade
1 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
3 ounce(s) lemon or orange vodka, optional
Lemon wedge, for garnish

Directions
Combine seltzer, lemonade, lemon juice and vodka, if using. Rub rim of 2 glasses with lemon wedge and dip in sugar. Fill glasses with ice and top with the seltzer mixture.
Drink of the Day Recipe - "Ale"ments Punch
8 apples
5 cardamom pods
2 stick(s) cinnamon
1 star anise
2 quart(s) pale ale
2 cup(s) honey
10 ounce(s) dark rum, or up to 12 ounces, if needed
Directions
Peel, core, and quarter apples. Tie up cardamom, cinnamon, and star anise in a piece of cheese cloth. Place apples and wrapped spices in a large pot and add pale ale and honey. Simmer on medium-low heat for about 20 minutes; remove from heat. To serve, pour 1 ounce dark rum into a mug, then top with ale mixture.

1 bunch(es) fresh mint
1 bunch(es) fresh lemon verbena (optional)
3 cup(s) (up to 6 cups) boiling water
Sugar (optional), to taste
Directions
Place 1 bunch mint and 1 bunch lemon verbena (including stems) in teapot. Pour in boiling water and allow to steep about 5 minutes. Add sugar, if desired. Serve in small Moroccan or other clear tea glasses.

12 ounce(s) (2 cups) strawberries, hulled
2 quart(s) homemade or store-bought sugar-free lemonade
Directions
In blender, puree strawberries. Strain through fine mesh sieve (you should have about 1 c. strained puree). Stir strawberry puree into lemonade. Chill before serving.

1 cup(s) blueberry nectar
1/4 cup(s) seltzer
2 tablespoon(s) frozen limeade

Coarse salt
Directions
Combine ice, blueberries, blueberry nectar, seltzer, limeade, lime juice and tequila, if using, in a blender and blend until smooth. Rub rim of 2 glasses with lime wedge and dip in salt. Divide the margarita between the prepared glasses and serve.

2 bottle(s) (750-milliliter) sparkling wine, chilled
3/4 cup(s) late-harvest white wine, such as late-harvest Riesling chilled
2 oranges, thinly sliced crosswise
1 cup(s) diced fresh pineapple, 1/2 inch dice
1/4 cup(s) pomegranate seeds
Ice cubes, for serving
In a punch bowl, dissolve the sugar in the pomegranate juice, stirring vigorously. Add the sparkling wine and late-harvest white wine, then add the orange slices, diced pineapple, and pomegranate seeds. Serve the sparkling pomegranate punch over ice cubes.

1 oz. Belvedere Vodka
2 oz. cranberry juice with ice
1 oz. Moët & Chandon Champagne

Shake vodka and cranberry juice with ice. Strain into chilled martini glass and top with Champagne. Garnish with raspberries.
Holiday Drink of the Day Recipe - Eggnog
Eggnog
8 large eggs
4 egg yolks
1 cup granulated sugar
5 cups whole milk
1 1/2 cups Mount Gay ECLIPSE Rum
1 cup 80 proof bourbon
1 tbsp. pure vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. freshly grated nutmeg
2 cups whipping cream
2 tbsp. superfine sugar

1. In a mixing bowl, whisk eggs, yolks, and granulated sugar until smooth. Pour into a large, heavy-bottomed saucepan. Stir in milk, gradually, blending well with each addition. Heat slowly over very low heat, stirring steadily until the mixture reaches 160-170° F on an instant-read thermometer. The custard should be thick enough to coat the back of a spoon: If you draw your finger across the back of the spoon, the line will remain distinct and the custard sauce is done.
2. Pour the custard through a fine-meshed sieve into large bowl. Stir in vanilla the Mount Gay ECLIPSE rum, bourbon, and nutmeg. Let mixture cool, then cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until cold, at least 3 hours and or up to 1 day.
3. Just before serving, whip cream to very soft peaks, beating in superfine sugar as you go. Gently fold into custard mixture until incorporated. Serve from a chilled punch bowl or ladle into individual martini glasses, garnishing with grated nutmeg if desired.

Muddle kiwifruit, vodka, lychee syrup, and ice in cocktail shaker. Shake all ingredients, add ginger ale, and strain into two ice-filled collins glasses. Garnish with kiwifruit and lychee if desired. For mocktail, substitute 3 ounces extra ginger ale for alcohol.
*Look for canned lychees packed in lychee syrup in the Asian section of your grocery store.
Holiday Drink of the Day Recipe - Bloody Martini
1.5 oz. Belvedere Cytrus
Dash simple syrup
Dash lemon juice
Dash Tabasco
6 cherry tomatoes

In a shaker glass, muddle tomatoes with the lemon juice and simple syrup. Add rest of ingredients and shake with cubed ice. Fine strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a cherry tomato speared with a basil leaf.

Holiday Drink of the Day Recipe - Grown-up Grape Soda
1 1/2 oz. Belvedere
1 oz. lemon juice
1 oz. simple syrup
3 oz. white cranberry juice
6 oz. V***e Clicquot
20 red and white grapes, frozen
Add frozen grapes to the pitcher. Combine vodka, lemon juice, simple syrup, and white cranberry juice in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and pour into pitcher. Top with V***e Clicquot and stir. Serve the pitcher with a fun stirrer and glasses garnished with 3-4 grapes.
