In all the excitement and baby-obsessing, I completely spaced on my SCENTiversary🙈 TWELVE years ago today I made a decision that changed my life. (The second longest I’ve ever stuck with anything in my life😉 Second to my husband, of course♥️) I had no idea at the time that I would set something so amazing into motion and completely change the course of my life and so many other lives, as well.
All I saw was the ability to get a discount on some amazing products and have some cash on the side. $99?! Sure. Let’s do it.
Never did I imagine that that little starter kit and a hundred dollar investment would skyrocket me to where I am today. Working from home full time to make more than I would at a 9-5 job. Being able to not worry about the price tags and splurge on “unnecessary” things. Be able to buy my husband gifts just because. Have the ability to provide while my husband goes back to school to pursue his dream career. Create lifelong friendships with amazing individuals that I would not have ever met otherwise.
Above everything and the most important, Scentsy helped to give us the ability to start our family. Going through Infertility- treatments and appointments multiple times a week and then having a high risk pregnancy, definitely requires time. Time that I wouldn’t have freely with a “normal” job. To not have to worry about getting time off or stressing about being fired. Worrying if I could continue to provide for our my family. Even just having to go to work on days where I felt terrible. That is something that I could never express my gratitude for. That is more valuable than anything money could ever buy.
