Just a reminder that the Reno Water Department will start switching our water system over to chloramines this week. If you do notice taste and odor issues, just know that this is common during conversions like this and these issues are only temporary. If you have any concerns, please contact City Hall at 817-221-2500.

This conversion does not affect customers on S. Reno Rd. from Vista Hills to HWY 199, Mustang, Shady Ln, and Tower St. These customers are already on chloramines.

Thank you
