This Tuesday (9/12), join BJW for a Special Clinic and Concert featuring Jennifer Wharton & Bonegasm - a powerhouse NYC- based jazz trombone quartet & rhythm section, led by bass trombonist Jennifer Wharton.

Tuesday night’s Bakersfield Jazz Workshop was amazing with Tracy Peoples as Janis Joplin. The band featuring Tracy Peoples (as Janis), Tim Stonelake - guitar, vocals, Mike Fleming - guitar, vocals, Tony Rinaldi – keyboards, Daniel White – bass, Gilbert Subia – drums, Tony Stone – trumpet, Mike Raney – sax, made this a perfect evening. The Bakersfield Jazz Workshop continues to create better and better entertaining shows every week, while creating music awareness and promoting “Hear it! Learn it! Play it! Always free and open to the public to experience their Tuesday shows, they do pass the pickle jar to collect money to give scholarships for youth pursuing a music education.

You can see The Bakersfield Jazz Workshop every Tuesday night, 6:30pm to 9:30pm at the Petroleum Club. No cover charge, great food, and beverages available. Call and reserve a seat or table for dinner.
