ABOUT US
When I decided to start SWEET BITES N ICE, I wanted to create a menu with an assortment of unique desserts and delicious aguas frescas that would allow my customers to make memories with their friends and loved ones. All the products in my menu are dishes that I personally really enjoy and that remind me of moments of my life that bring me much joy.
As a child I would visit my grandmother in Mexico every year during the summer, and I remember how she would take my sister and I to a little shop where we would buy delicious aguas frescas and we would sit together and enjoy those moments. I also remember the first time I had a funnel cake, how good it tasted, how it reminds me of my childhood friends and the excitement of going to the fair. Even today when I eat a funnel cake it brings a lot of fun memories. The crepes and bubble waffles I had the opportunity of trying during a trip to Europe, and I remember thinking they were delicious and how I wished we could have them closer to home so my friends and family could try them too.
It was from those experiences and my wish to share them with others that I decided to start my food truck business and start selling all these different desserts and aguas frescas. I wanted to make the menu unique and memorable which is why we sell personal size funnel cakes you can enjoy in a cone, many unique flavors of aguas frescas to delight your taste buds, and mouthwatering crepes and bubbles waffles with unique flavors, all in one place. My hope is that you like our products so much that you feel the need to share the experience with others and that in doing so you are able to make some memories. Especially during these difficult times when there is so much uncertainty in the world, my hope is that we can help others safely enjoy some desserts and aguas frescas and keep life sweet.
