Cold Heart Ice Cream will be closed this Thursday the 25th. We are open TOMORROW Wednesday 24th and we will be open Fri-Sun 26-28 same hours.

Associate needs to be able to provide not only great customer service but also create a great experience/environment for our customers.
This is a customer service position that requires communicating effectively and appropriately with our customers.
-Willing to quickly learn or posses good communication skills.
-Able to follow instructions (written or orally) in order to prepare food items to not only serve them correctly but to also describe them correctly to our inexperienced customers.
-Being bilingual is highly preferred (english/spanish).
-Ability to work cash register.
-Flexibility to work with others as a team but also have the ability to handle solo situations and be willing to learn how to manage lines/crowds appropriately. Handle fast-paced situations well.
-Also be able or willing to take initiative once fully trained.
-Able to perform other tasks as required to maintain the shop compliant with Covid-19 regulations and other kitchen related regulations.
-Follow Covid-19 mask mandates even for vaccinated personnel.
-Prior food service not required but definitely a high plus.
Having full-time availability including weekends.
