After the unprecedented appreciation observed from 2020 to 2022, characterized by soaring prices, low days on market, and bidding wars being the norm, the market is now showcasing a more stabilized growth pattern. While the median and average prices continue to climb modestly, with a 1.87% and 1.19% increase respectively, the pace has moderated compared to the remarkable spikes seen in recent years. It is important to note that prices have not decreased with the rise in interest rates, as some had anticipated.

Notably, the number of sales has experienced a 23.12% decrease, and days on market have extended moderately, both in average (from 25 to 37 days) and median (12 to 17) terms, indicating a balanced equilibrium between supply and demand.

In contrast to the rapid appreciation seen in earlier years, these more measured trends present an opportunity for homeowners to make informed decisions.
