As a thank you to our clients on Giving Tuesday, we made a donation to Feeding America to help children and families facing hunger. Too many families cannot afford the food they need right now, and food banks give them somewhere to turn.

Feeding America’s mission is to advance change by ensuring equitable access to nutritious food for all. They partner with food banks, pantries, and local programs to bring food to people facing hunger and advocate for policies that create long-term solutions.

Currently, 34 million people in the US face hunger. This can also impact other basic needs, such as housing, employment, and healthcare. Feeding America aims to help holistically by partnering with other organizations that can address these needs as well.

On Giving Tuesday, Feeding America’s donations are doubled up to one million dollars in partnership with the Dunkin Joy in Childhood Foundation. Learn more here: https://www.feedingamerica.org/

A Powerful Resource for Leadership Development

The Leader’s Edge/Leaders By Design is dedicated to providing leadership development to executive and high-potential women and men to enhance their effectiveness as senior leaders.

Founded by Molly D. Shepard in 2001, The Leader’s Edge was established in order to address the limited representation of women in the highest ranks of American businesses. Research shows that when both men and women lead an organization, all stakeholders benefit, and there is a direct positive effect on the bottom line. However, these studies also confirm that women leaders face distinct issues and challenges as they enter the executive ranks – issues that may derail them or cause them to leave their companies prematurely. The Leader’s Edge’ powerful assessment and coaching processes support senior women in building their leadership skills, increasing their self-assurance, and enhancing their overall effectiveness.

Through our partnership with Leaders By Design, we expanded our leadership development and coaching services to include men. Dr. Peter J. Dean, President of Leaders By Design, helps men appreciate cultural and interpersonal differences to successfully lead a diverse workforce in a global business environment. Through personal and leadership assessments, analysis of skills and experience and individual coaching, male executives will better understand their strengths, leadership capacities and opportunities for continued growth and development.

TLE/LBD is also a certified women-owned business by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council.
