My crew did an amazing job patching up the hardwood, adding a staircase, and refinishing these dated hardwood floors and bringing them a fresh new look with MinWax Weathered Oak stain.

We have enjoyed working for these homeowners for the 2nd time. They love the flooring in the home they are moving from. On this one they were looking for a pet friendly option and we have the highest raided pet friendly option available Eagle Creek Scratch Boss!
This home had two layers of engineered hardwood on the slab that we tore out the prepped the concrete subfloor leveled it installed a 6mil v***r barrier and Eagle Creek Scratch Boss Rigid Core SPC Vinyl Plank MAVERICK color.
We tore out the carpet in three bedrooms upstairs, installed 3 1/4 x 3/4 oak and refinished the existing pre finished and newly installed hardwood upstairs removing the beveled edges on the prefinished hardwood in the master bedroom and hall. We used a very custom mix stain 8oz summer oak, 8oz classic gray, 4oz rustic beige to blend with the LVP and applied three coats of Bona traffic satin finish.
We tore out the existing staircase and installed new stair treads.
We use a primed quarter round to trim it out. It turned out to be a very beautiful Floor. 

Indian Hills job complete. This was a lot of work. We tore up tile scraped the sub-floor, sealed the slab, leveled up the floor, and installed Eagle Creek. Scratchboss, Gavin color, LVT. It turned out great. 

The only way to get rid of pet stains. Pets have became a very real part of our modern day families as a puppy accidents happened then the sad part as they reach the golden years they start losing control of their bladders and accidents will happen. It’s not the end of the world we simply tear out the pet damaged wood and replace the boards then sand and refinish the floors. So don’t stress out over the floor damage as your best friend starts to age out. The floors can be fixed.
